We collect only what is necessary to respond to an enquiry and to conduct an engagement you have instructed.

Do not submit passwords, banking credentials, one-time passcodes, card details or copies of identity documents through the website forms. If such material is required for an engagement, it will be requested through a secure channel agreed with you.

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, to scope and carry out an engagement, to communicate findings to the recipient you name, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry content for marketing.

Engagements are conducted using public records, documentary confirmation, lawful enquiry and information you are entitled to provide. We do not access devices, accounts, communications or systems without authorisation, and we decline mandates that would require it.

Engagement material is disclosed only to the recipient you name. It is not circulated, excerpted, published or referenced without your explicit written authorisation.

Limited service providers support our operations — for example, secure hosting, database services and transactional email delivery. They process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Enquiry records and engagement files are retained only for as long as required for the purpose for which they were created and for any applicable legal or professional obligation. Material is then securely deleted or destroyed.

Access to enquiry and engagement records is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Records are held in access-controlled systems, and team members see only the matters assigned to them.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where we are not required to retain it. Write to advisory@alphaintel.biz and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This website uses only the minimal storage required to operate securely, including a session cookie for authenticated users of the private dashboard. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
